Meet The Team
Our management team is comprised of accomplished and experienced industry leaders.
Maricela “Mari” Becerra
Mari joined the Austin team in 2004 as the receptionist. Over the years, she has held many positions, including scheduling, starts, purchasing, accounts receivable, and estimating. In 2014 she took on the role of Office Manager before being promoted to her current role of General Manager.
Troy Barbush
Troy was born and raised in Pennsylvania, where he attended the University of Pittsburg, earning a degree in education. He moved to Phoenix in 2000 and started trimming homes in 2001. Since joining the Austin Electric team in 2004, Troy has held many positions, including (but not limited to) West Valley Operations Manager and Field Operations Manager for Arizona before stepping into his current role as Operations Manager. Troy is a Hall of Fame college wrestler and a natural-born leader whose years of coaching high school and college wrestling has given him the skills to motivate and develop strong team members.
Jeremy Forgia
Jeremy started his career at Austin Electric Services in the summer of 2006 as a part time trimmer. He was later promoted to superintendent, and in 2013 became Austin Electric Services Lead Estimator. Jeremy is a native of Arizona and his family has deep roots in the Peoria area for 5 generations now.
